Welcome To The Jenison Wrestling Strength & Conditioing Page
Welcome to Jenison Wrestling Strength & Conditioning. This program is designed to give Jenison Wrestlers an outlet to train in the off-season, get stronger and get in better shape. The off-season is a great time to get in the weight room for a lift or on the road for a run. Strength and conditioning workouts can be quick and effective and fit into everyone's busy schedule. The scheduled lifting sessions will be a structured routine designed to improve wrestling ability and overall strength. Please check the calendar below for scheduled workouts. More workouts, events and information will be added shortly.
